Suomy Full-face helmet Track-1 - black matt

The TRACK-1 is Suomy’s new-generation full-face helmet, made of TRICARBOCO composite (Kevlar/Carbon/Fiberglass). Its dynamic, performance-oriented shapes were designed in a wind tunnel to provide the perfect balance between street and track use.

The interior is crafted with advanced technology to ensure maximum comfort and reliability, combining the needs of sport and touring riders to create technical solutions suitable for all routes and tracks.

Shell

The shell is made of TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that delivers a lightweight yet highly protective structure. It combines carbon fibers of varying weights and breaking loads with aramid resins and fiberglass to maximize impact resistance. The TRACK-1 is available in two shell sizes: M and L.

Internal Protective Polystyrene

The EPS liner comes in three sizes (S, M, L) for optimal ergonomics and features four variable densities for progressive impact energy absorption. While the outer shell absorbs most of the energy, the EPS liner plays a crucial role in dissipating residual energy, ensuring maximum protection throughout the helmet.

Visor

The visor is scratch-resistant polycarbonate, class 1 optical, with variable thickness of 2–3.5 mm. A side lock ensures stability, and it is easily removable without tools thanks to a practical mechanism.

Pinlock

The TRACK-1 is equipped with a PINLOCK® Max Vision 70 lens, included.

Ventilation

The EPS is designed to work in synergy with the three air intakes in the outer shell. Special channels ensure optimal airflow and quick hot air extraction.

Interiors

Cheek pads and comfort padding are removable, washable, and replaceable. Made from Hydrocool textile, they

Retention System

The chin strap uses a double D-ring system for secure fastening and easy release.
