SHELL
The shell is made of TRICOMPOSITE fiber, a newly developed composite that provides a lighter yet stronger and more protective structure.
This advanced blend combines carbon fibers of different weights and breaking loads with aramid resins, resulting in a lightweight shell with exceptional impact resistance.
To ensure a perfect fit, the KX-1 Race GP is produced in three shell sizes (S, M, L).

PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE
The internal polystyrene liner is available in four sizes (S, M, L, XL) and features variable density for optimal ergonomics and progressive energy absorption.
While most impact energy is absorbed by the outer shell, the polystyrene plays a crucial role in managing residual impact forces.
Different density zones optimize the mechanical performance between the shell and liner, ensuring maximum protection in all areas of the helmet.

VISOR
The PC-injected, anti-scratch visor has variable thickness and can be removed without tools.
The release lever is made from a special metal alloy, providing greater stability.

INNER LINING
The cheek pads and internal comfort liners are removable, washable, and replaceable.
The premium fabric offers:
