SHELL
The shell comes in three sizes (S, M, L) and is made of ADT-Advanced Thermoplastic, a high-impact resistant thermoplastic resin blend.

PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE
The internal polystyrene liner is available in three sizes (XS, M, L) with variable density for better ergonomics.
This allows gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy.
While most of the impact energy is absorbed by the outer shell, the polystyrene plays a crucial role in absorbing residual energy.

VISOR
The visor is made of polycarbonate with scratch-resistant treatment.
The new ratchet system allows tool-free removal.
The TT-Revo also features a new PAT PEND lock system to secure the visor during rides.

PINLOCK
The TT-Revo is MAX PINLOCK 70 ready.

VENTILATION
Special channels in the polystyrene work with the multiple air intakes to provide optimal ventilation and rapid hot-air exhaust.
The TT-Revo has five front air intakes and four air extractors under the aerodynamic spoiler.

INNERS
The interiors are made of soft, breathable bi-elastic fabric with synthetic fibers that absorb sweat and keep the head fresh and dry.
Cheek pads are easily removable and available in different thicknesses.

RETENTION SYSTEM
QRM-Micrometric: The retention system features a micrometric buckle for secure and easy fastening.
