Motorcycle full-face helmet RPHA 91 (ECE standard 22.06)
The RPHA 91 is the new HJC touring helmet designed for all-day comfort. The aerodynamic design of the shell reduces drag and provides stability even at high speeds.
The new Premium Integrated Matrix EVO shell (P.I.M. EVO) provides improved impact resistance and is lightweight through the use of reinforcing materials such as carbon aramid, carbon fibers, glass fibers, organic non-woven fabric and linen fibers (natural fibers).
There is an extra lightweight carbon version of the RPHA 91 available.
The five ventilation openings and 7 ventilation exits guarantee a cool head when needed, as well as efficient moisture wicking.
The chin bar can be locked and may thus remain open even while driving (P/J homologated). The new opening mechanism reduces the height of the open helmet, so that open riding and putting on the helmet are now even more comfortable.
The distortion-free new HJ-37 visor (99% UV protection and anti-scratch coated) and HJ-V17 sun visor provide clear and improved peripheral vision. The chin bar closure system has been perfected and now features a hidden closure point with soft contact that puts even less pressure on the cheek area. Driving noise is reduced to a minimum by the RPHA 91's 3D-engineered, sound-absorbing interior; This also includes the sophisticated neck roll. A wind deflector on the chin and a breath deflector are also standard.
Integrated sun visor with anti-fog coating. The new mechanism allows the sun visor to slide forward either 5mm or 10mm for optimal adjustment to your face shape.
The inner lining is adapted for spectacle wearers. It is antibacterial, provides improved moisture wicking and dries quickly. Reflective stripes on the bottom provide more safety. Inner lining and cheek pads are removable and washable.
The RPHA 91 is also compatible with the second generation SMART HJC Bluetooth communication system, which are integrated into the helmet so the rider can always stay connected and focused on the road.

HJC offers motorcycle helmets and bicycle helmets with partly different size ranges. The categories are therefore listed separately. Individual models may differ from the general reference chart; product-specific sizing always takes priority.
Motorcycle helmets – general HJC reference chart
Measure the head circumference with a flexible measuring tape around the head. For motorcycle helmets, HJC recommends measuring approximately 2.5 cm above the eyebrows.
