Caberg Flip-Up Helmet Trip Lunar - matt grey yellow

TRIP is Caberg’s first FLIP-BACK helmet with a reversible chin guard operated via a single rotation pivot.
Unlike traditional modular helmets, when opened, the chin guard does not remain on top of the shell but completes a full 180-degree rotation to the back of the helmet. It is ECE 22.06 P and J approved, meaning it can be used both as a full-face helmet with closed chin guard and as a jet helmet with open chin guard, meeting the needs of motorcyclists who want to tour with a highly versatile helmet.

The TRIP chin guard can be opened and closed with one hand and, to prevent accidental closure, can be locked in the open position using the P/J lever on the right side of the shell.

Air circulation is provided by an adjustable vent on the top of the helmet, two rear air extractors, and a large chin vent, as well as built-in channels in the inner shell to allow airflow inside.

The TRIP features a transparent anti-scratch outer visor and a Pinlock Max Vision 70 anti-fog lens included in the box, as well as an integrated anti-scratch sun visor long enough to protect the face while riding even with the chin guard open and the clear visor raised. Optional spare visors include a dark-tinted visor and a silver mirrored visor.

Like the DRIFT EVO II, TANAMI, and GP01 models, the TRIP is equipped with CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID, an integrated electronic device that stores personal data, medical records, and emergency contacts. Thanks to NFC technology, in emergencies, responders can quickly retrieve critical information by scanning the CABERG SOS MEDICAL ID sticker on the helmet, allowing access to emergency contacts, medical information, or notifying contacts of your location via SMS.

The interior is made of breathable, hypoallergenic fabrics that are fully removable and washable. The cheek pads are designed to accommodate glasses. The chin strap is equipped with a micrometric buckle for easy adjustment.

The TRIP is ready to be fitted with the Caberg Pro Speak EVO communication system, allowing you to listen to music via your phone or MP3, stay connected with a passenger or riding partner up to 200 m, and connect to a GPS system. To ensure maximum safety, the TRIP passed all ECE 22.06 tests even with the Caberg Pro Speak EVO installed.
