The replacement cheek pads for the Supertech R-10 from Alpinestars fit all helmet sizes (e.g. the cheek pad size M - is a normal size 30). If you want a tighter fit, you can choose the cheek pad in sizes 35 or 40 (XL). If you prefer a looser fit, you can choose the cheek pad in size 25, 20 or 15.
